Men and Women

I have discerned one of the reasons why men become bosses (Not better bosses. Just bosses.) while women don't.

Women are anal. And I say that in the nicest, sincerest, most complimentary way.

See, the thing about men is they know how to shirk responsibility delegate. They just simply don't give a blessed damn about what details need to be done. They only care that the end goal is achieved somehow (i.e. falls from the skies and conks them on their heads).

This, by the way, is probably also why women are mothers and men aren't. (And have to be taken to task about responsibility when they try to run away from fatherhood.)

Women, on the other hand, want to make sure everything is in place in order to achieve a successful end goal. They look at every detail as a step closer. And because of this, every detail takes on a certain level of importance, which women are prone to paying close attention to.

In fact, a woman's level of attention probably rises sharply when a man is left to sort the details out. This, of course, is due to their penchant for shirking responsibility lack of attention to details. Which leaves women to catch the metaphorical ball while men are out probably out playing ball games with other men.

Thus, men become bosses because they brag about their shirkibility say they're delegating their work. And, of course, as this is being said to other men, they're so impressed by his aptitude for shirking delegating, they immediately fall to their knees and cry "O Ruler of All Shirkers Men!"

And this is why more men become bosses. Not better bosses. Just bosses.
