Just because I can't muster up an interest in either the Isabel Allende or Joy Fielding books that you bought, you think I'm limited?!
First off, let me just say that I've read many books over the years for school or class or work, and not all of them were great books to read (ahem Abraham's Promise). So if I'm gonna be reading a book voluntarily, it better be a book that interests me from the get go. If I have to work to like what I'm reading, then what the hell am I reading it for.
Secondly, considering the fact that you are among one of, if not the most judgmental close-minded people I know, you're calling me limited?
And finally, have you even seen my bookshelf? I may not be the world's most varied reader, but the fact that I have Gaiman, Kerouac, Kazuo Ishiguro, Dame Christie, LBD books, Mike Gayle, Jostein Gaarder, Austen, Nora Roberts and WB Yeats among dozens of other authors on my shelves while you refuse to read anything but what you believe in just makes you calling me limited the greatest irony ever.
